Ingredients
- Earl grey tea- I like to use 2-3 tsp loose leaf or 1 x Pukka tea-bags as they have great flavour 
- 200ml hot water 
- 100ml milk of your choice. (I used Oat milk) 
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract 
- 1 tsp Maple syrup -or a little more if you like it sweeter 
Method
- Brew a strong cup of earl grey tea by pouring the hot water over the loose-leaf tea or tea-bag and then strain. 
- Warm your milk in a saucepan, adding the vanilla extract and maple syrup. Froth the milk with a whisk or handheld milk frother. 
- Fill your mug 3/4’s full with the strong tea and top up the last 1/4 with frothy milk & enjoy!
