Niamh is a natural food chef and food stylist with a love of real food, grown and cooked simply. She first trained as a Nutritional Therapist at The Irish Institute of Nutrition & Health, gaining an in depth knowledge of food and how it effects our health. She then trained as a chef on the professional certificate course at Ballymaloe Cookery School, Co. Cork. Here she was immersed in their ethos that, 'good food comes from good soil'; dividing her time between the kitchens and their 100 acre organic farm. In recent years she has also trained as a yoga teacher (RYT 200hr) & reiki practitioner and infuses her work with these practices.

Niamh's recipes are a reflection of these experiences, inspired by nature and the seasonality food. Her food highlights the beauty of natural foods and aims to nourish the mind and body.
